Yes, Gold Park Orlando is always open and staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Payment/Cancellation/Calculation of Fees

What forms of payment does Gold Park Orlando accept?

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

How are Gold Park Orlando’s fees calculated?

Gold Park Orlando’s fees are charged on a Per Day basis. To discover the current rates for parking and other services, reserve online for the lowest rates available!

Are there any taxes and/or fees in addition to the parking fees?

Yes, county sales tax and airport fees may be applicable. A breakdown of your county sales tax and fees will be provided to you before check-out. 

Will I be able to cancel my reservation?

Any reservations made on goldparkorlando.com's website no refund will be assessed after 24 hours of the reservation has been made. Your reservation can be used as credit for another parking date. 
If you reserved with a 3rd party company, please contact them regarding refunds on your reservation. (AirportParkingReservation, OneStop Parking, etc.)

Shuttle Service

How much time will I need to check-in at Gold Park Orlando before heading to the airport?

Please allow 10–15 minutes to be checked-in at Gold Park.

Will the Gold Park Orlando shuttle driver assist me with my luggage?

Yes, your shuttle driver will gladly assist you with loading luggage on and off the shuttle.

Is the shuttle service complimentary?

Yes, the Gold Park shuttle service is complimentary for any customers parking with us. 

Is there a restriction on the size or weight of my luggage?

There is no restriction on the weight of your luggage. However, for safety reasons, we ask that you assist the driver with luggage that exceeds 25 pounds.

Where/how do I catch your shuttle when returning from my trip?

When you return from your trip, you’ll find Gold Park shuttles running at Ground Transportation Level 1 Terminal A "A34-A37" and Terminal B "B35-B38". Please pay close attention to board the proper shuttle to avoid any delays in returning to your WallyPark facility.

Does Gold Park provide parking and shuttle service to Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals?

Gold Park provides parking, and we do provide shuttles to Port Canaveral at a discounted rate. 

 

This contract limits our Liability: Read it

All vehicles are parked at owners risk. No liability is assumed by management for loss or damage by fire, theft, or any other cause to, or by vehicle is take from facility. Any person driving becomes the agent of the owner solely. All claims for adjustments must be presented before vehicle leaves facility. Gold Park Orlando and/ or its employees are NOT responsible for articles left in car at any time. Including, but not limited to, iPods, cell phones, CDs, or any other articles left in the vehicle. No employee has authority to vary or increase our liability.
